WoWzi do not allow collection of any item(s) from any of our premises. WoWzi offer free shipping to mainland UK utilising a variety of carriers, not limited to UPS, DPD, DHL, City Link, Royal Mail and Fed EX. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship out of the UK. WoWzi do not have a customer service team contactable by phone for general queries. For all customer service issues and queries, please contact us through the website or via sales@chambo.co.uk. For media or supplier information contact us on 0845-226-0997 (THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER). Items maybe shipped from one of our locations or directly from one of our suppliers and as such all stock shown may not be necessarily in WoWzi warehouse(s) but is available for immediate delivery. All items sold by WoWzi are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months warranty from their manufacturers but administered by WoWzi. In the event of an equipment breakdown or fault please contact WoWzi in the first instance. WoWzi comply with UK Distance Selling Regulations and offer 7 day return for private customers. We do ask in line with DSR that the return postage charge is covered by the customer. We can arrange collection and deduct from the refund or items can be returned by a customers own couriers. Until an item is collected by our couriers or arrives at one of our locations it remains the responsibility of the customer. Return costs of faulty items will usually be covered by WoWzi at their discretion. NO ITEMS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO WoWzi WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION. |
